1 - Warrior Pose 1

2- Warrior Pose 2

3- The position of the chair

And the last position of yoga is the chair position, where you take a chair position, and in the first two days you may feel pain in the legs, but with repeated exercise, the pain will go away and your body will become more flexible to this position.

 

To take this position, join your feet and then bend down as if you will be sitting on a chair and then raise your hands above your head and spread them up and bend your knees, and stay in this position for at least 60 seconds, starting to do the exercise in this position may be painful.

4- The position of the boat

Sit on a carpet and then straighten your feet completely, and straighten your feet up, then try to raise your legs up at an angle of 45 degrees, and avoid bending your knees.

 

And your spine must also be straight, with the shape of your body in the shape of a V-shaped, then raise your arms at the level of the shoulders and spread them as shown in the picture, this will help you get rid of the fat accumulated in the body.

 

5- Bridge position

Lie on your back, leave your feet on the floor, and extend your arms on the floor, and your back should be completely straight.

 

Now, raise your thighs from the ground, as this will help increase muscle strength and if you want to add some changes to this position, you can raise one of your legs in the air for 20 seconds and repeat that with the second foot.

 


6- Sitting position

This position is considered one of the easiest poses in yoga, where you sit on the ground with the spine straight, then bend the crumbs so that the feet meet together, and keep this position for at least a minute.

 

7- Locust position

Sleep on the floor with your face down, and then raise your legs up without not bending the knees and straighten your arms and also lift them at the level of the shoulders back as shown in the picture, this will help straighten the muscles of the thighs and abdomen and thus get rid of fat

 

8- The position of the sentences

The camel pose is also considered one of the most important yoga poses, and it is performed by sitting on the floor so that the back becomes straight and then bending back with straight arms so that the arms hold the feet as shown in the figure.

 

This position is very important and very useful in expanding the rib cage, opening the muscles of the heart and throat, strengthening the spine, as well as getting rid of body fat.
