1- eggs and fried vegetables

The cheeseburger consists of a little butter, a slice of cheddar and cream cheese, some spices, and a slice of spinach in addition to slices of hamburger bread, this meal is packed with nutrients, such as the fiber found in spinach, and imported dairy products to strengthen the bones.

5- Vegetable pizza

The easy thing in this recipe is to omit unhealthy foods that are added to pizza, and put vegetables and mushrooms to it, and these foods are low in carbohydrates and at the same time completely healthy, as vegetables contain the necessary dietary fiber when digesting food.

6- Coffee with soy milk

Here, a cup of low-fat soy milk is mixed with 1/8 or 1/4 cup of strong coffee, and decaffeinated coffee can be used when there is an allergy to caffeine.

This drink is usually served hot, or if you want a cool and refreshing drink, it can be mixed with 3/4 cup of crushed ice.


7- A handful of nuts

What is meant by "a handful" of nuts here is an amount equivalent to about a quarter of a cup? You can eat one type of your favorite nuts or mix several types, provided that the nuts are raw or roasted without salt.

8- Salad with grilled chicken (without sauce)

This type is a salad consisting mainly of lettuce, and this meal can satisfy hunger when outside the home, as it is the most healthy meal relatively among the rest of the fast-food meals.

9- Meat pizza

If you crave pizza, you will love this meal. It tastes better - in my opinion than a traditional pizza without all the harmful ingredients in it.

This recipe is easy to prepare and you can add anything you want ... like vegetables, mushrooms, different types of cheese, etc.

10- Ground beef

Eat this meal from time to time, not often. And this meal would be perfect for you if you have some extra ground beef after preparing your dinner.
