your child when they successfully lose weight and continue to support them even
if their progress is slow.
Limit sugary drinks
Replace soda and sugary drinks with water, milk, or fruit juice. It is
much easier to just drain a can of soda in a bottle, but the juice is delicious
and much healthier than those fattening soft drinks and drinks.
Make sure to provide a juice box or bottle of water for their school
lunches as well, rather than giving them money to buy soda at school.
There are lots of other options that can be applied to the lifestyle and
behavior patterns of your child, but these above mentioned have been tried and
true, and the childhood obesity problem can definitely be solved for your
family members.
