Day 5: Eat cabbage soup, 565 grams of beef, and 6 grains of tomato. Make
sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water.
Day 6: Eat as many cabbage soup, beef, and vegetables as you like (except
for potatoes).
Day 7: Eat unlimited cabbage soup, a little brown rice, and fruit juice
without sugar.
Maintaining weight loss with cabbage soup:
