cinnamon, and add the ingredients for five minutes, until cooked. Drain the
mixture and allow to cool. Drink a glass of this mixture daily after main

3. Mix ginger
and olive oil
Ingredients: 1 cup extra
virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger.
• How to prepare: Add
olive oil and grated ginger to a small pot on the fire, until the ginger
matures. Then, let the mixture cool. Paint the body, daily.
4. Mix
ginger and mint
Ingredients: 1 cup
water, 5 leaves of green mint, 5 leaves of green tea, 1 tablespoon of grated
fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon of ground pomegranate husk.
• How to prepare: Pour a
glass of water in a saucepan over the fire, so as to boil. Then add the
ingredients, and place the mixture for 5 minutes on the fire. When cooled,
strain well. Drink a glass of mixture, daily, specifically before breakfast.
