• The first two days
1. Breakfast: a cup
of tea or coffee without sugar and diet biscuits in the first option, or two
slices of white cheese and two pieces of diet toast in the second option.
2. Lunch: Vegetable
soup, salad and 2 slices of grilled turkey.
3. Dinner: a small
plate of fruit salad in the first option, or a cup of yogurt and fruit in the
second option.
• Third and
fourth days
1. Breakfast: a cup
of tea or coffee without sugar and diet biscuits in the first option, or two
slices of white cheese and two pieces of diet toast in the second option.
2. Lunch: 2 slices
of grilled salmon, with three tablespoons of rice and a plate of green salad,
in the first option. Or a quarter of grilled chicken and a dish of zucchini
carved in the second option.
3. Dinner: a dish
of salad.
The fifth and sixth
days
1. Breakfast: a cup
of tea or coffee without sugar and diet biscuits.
2. Lunch: a can of
tuna preserved with water (125 grams), with cucumber and carrots.
3. Dinner: 1 slice
of potato and 2 slices of chicken breast.
the seventh day
1. Breakfast: a cup
of tea or coffee without sugar and diet biscuits.
2. Lunch: Two or
more apples until full.
3. Dinner: Two
fruits of apple.
Cinnamon can be taken
with ginger, plus one teaspoon of lemon between meals. This drink helps burn
stubborn fat, and gives a feeling of long satiety.
