Overweight, especially obesity, change some of the natural features of nature
that God Almighty gave to man.

type of dieting is nothing more than a normal healthy diet, taking into account
the avoidance of excessive or neglected in one's eating during the daily life
of the food, and the use of the pursuit of two things: the first: to maintain
the optimal weight for those who follow the weights of natural , And the
second: improve body weight, and return gradually (albeit slowly) to the
appropriate weight, for those who follow the weights of excess or low than
normal weight.
