There is no doubt that

Day 1: Breakfast, lunch and dinner should

bear and you will get some rest on the second day.
Day 2: Breakfast: Eat apples only in
moderate amounts. Lunch: Take a break and enjoy a variety of ingredients, eat
an apple, green salad, two carrots and a quarter of onion and allow you to chew
a few mint leaves if you are worried about bad breath due to onions. Dinner:
Eat apples in moderate amounts, apples are ideal as a snack at night.
Day 3: Breakfast: One apple, one slice of
roast bread, a slice of smoked turkey or grilled chicken, this breakfast will
be fabulous after two days of boring routine. Lunch: apple, green salad, two
carrots and a quarter onion. This is your meal for the perfect daytime. Again,
as we mentioned earlier, some mint leaves allow you to ward off bad breath

right? Dinner: Eat apples moderately until you feel full.
Day 4: Breakfast: medium size apple, slice
of whole grain bread and a slice of low fat grilled meat. You have to be
patient and expect amazing results for weight loss. Lunch: an apple, a
delicious dish of raw vegetables, green salad, 200 grams of grilled beef or a
quarter of grilled chicken. You should chew your food well and eat it very
slowly until your body suggests that you are eating a lot of food, so your body
does not ask for more rations. Dinner: Apples in moderate quantities. Note:
Always be prepared to have a light dinner to enjoy a quiet sleep and do not
gain too many calories.
Day 5: Breakfast: An apple, a boiled egg and
a slice of whole grain bread is all you need to get energy for a full day.
Lunch: Apple, salad of raw vegetables or lightly sautéed vegetables (not too
much salt) and 200 grams of grilled beef or boiled chicken without skin.
Dinner: Eat apples in moderate amounts. On the morning of the sixth day you can
weigh yourself on the balance and trust that you will lose a lot of weight, we
cannot tell you how many kilos will lose precisely each body differs in nature

Important Notes:
- Do not go back to eat
but gradually counting so as not to return weight that I missed in the past.
- Keep drinking plenty
