Lunch: an apple, a delicious dish of raw vegetables, green salad, 200 grams of grilled beef or a quarter of grilled chicken. You should chew your food well and eat it very slowly until your body suggests that you are eating a lot of food, so your body does not ask for more rations. Dinner: Apples in moderate quantities. Note: Always be prepared to have a light dinner to enjoy a quiet sleep and do not gain too many calories.

Day 5: Breakfast: An apple, a boiled egg and a slice of whole grain bread is all you need to get energy for a full day. Lunch: Apple, salad of raw vegetables or lightly sautéed vegetables (not too much salt) and 200 grams of grilled beef or boiled chicken without skin. Dinner: Eat apples in moderate amounts. Important Notes:
