Diet
One of the solutions to
get rid of the problem of weight gain is to resort to rapid dieting for the
loss of excess weight, and then maintain the state of the body health,
regularity in the performance of sport, and away from habits harmful to health
of the body, whether food or physical.
Food Program
Program of the first
week of diet
Daily Breakfast:
Take 2 cups of water
when waking up (warm or at room temperature)
Then eat a meal of the
following:
Slice toast + 2 eggs
boiled egg.
Boiled egg + 1
grapefruit or orange.
After two hours between
breakfast and lunch:
A large glass of water +
orange or soft heart or apple
Daily Lunch:
A large glass of water +
any amount of meat, chicks or fish (grilled, boiled or cold) + green salad or
green vegetables.
Between lunch and
dinner:
1 large glass of water +
1 apple or orange or soft heart.
the Dinner :
A large glass of water +
any amount of meat, chicks or fish (grilled, boiled or cold) + vegetables or
green salad.
Program of the second
week of diet
Daily Breakfast:
You should take 2 cups
of large water before breakfast.
Then eat a meal of the
following:
Boiled egg + fruit
(preferably grapefruit or orange).
Cheese + 1 tomato.
1 cup yogurt + 2 fruit
(preferably grapefruit or orange)
the lunch :
4 cups of water should
be taken during lunch and preferably 2 cups before lunch.
2 steak or 2 fish or
half chicken (grilled or boiled) + green salad + green vegetables.
the Dinner :
Eat like I ate at
breakfast or lunch.
2 cups of water should
be taken during dinner.
Program of the third
week of diet
Daily Breakfast:
Choose any of the
following meals:
A quarter of a loaf or a
slice of toast + 3 tablespoons of pomegranate beans + green salad.
A quarter of a loaf or a
slice of toast + 5 spoons of cheese + green salad.
Take 2 cups of water
before breakfast.
Brunch:
Small fruit fruit.
Daily Lunch:
Choose any of the
following meals:
Grilled fish any quantity
+ green salad + fruit.
1 cup yogurt + green
salad + sauteed vegetables + fruit.
Frucht text + green
salad or sauteed vegetables + quarter of a loaf or toasted slice.
Take 2 cups of water
during lunch.
Between lunch and
dinner:
Small fruit.
Daily Dinner:
Choose any of the
following meals:
5 tablespoons corne flex
+ small skimmed milk cup.
Toast slice + boiled egg
+ green salad.
Take 2 cups of water
during dinner.
Instructions to be
followed during the program
1. You can add 2
tablespoons skimmed milk on tea or coffee once daily.
2. As long as the
quantities did not specify the intake of any quantity until the sense of full
satiety.
3. Water during
meals is very necessary to lose weight in these programs.
4. Tea and coffee
are allowed without sugar.
5. Weight is
prohibited only at the end of each program.
6. Sugar
substitutes are allowed.
7. The duration of
each meal is not less than 6 hours.
8. Drink as much
water as you can during the day, at least 8 cups daily.
9. You must
exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
10.
The dieting program must be adhered to as it is
without increasing or decreasing in the specified quantities.
