toast.

Green salad.
·
Sesame or vegetable vegetables.
·
A quarter of a boiled or roasted chicken (without
skin).
·
Half a loaf or loaf of age or 2 pieces of Toast tooth.
Tomorrow is the fourth
day
·
2 cups skimmed yogurt.
·
Boiled egg .
·
Half a brown loaf or a loaf of age or 2 pieces of
toast.
Lunch for the fifth day
Fresh fruit in any
quantity (excluding prohibitions) and taking care not to waste.
Lunch of the sixth day
·
Cucumber slices, tomatoes and lettuce.
·
Cheese or Vitalite.
·
Half a brown loaf or a loaf of age or 2 pieces of
toast.
Lunch Day 7
·
Green salad.
·
Sesame or vegetable vegetables.

Grilled or boiled meat or 2 grilled fish.
·
4 tablespoons boiled rice or boiled pasta.
·

Instructions of this
system
1. No order is
required between days.
2. Yoghurt can be
replaced with skimmed raisins or skimmed cheese.
3. All fruits are
allowed in this system except (dates - figs - grapes - mango - cocoa -
cantaloupe).
4. When hungry
between meals, you can eat fresh vegetables.
5. Take at least 8
glasses of water a day, as well as liquids without sugar or sugar substitutes.
