Extra meal: Take 3 dates
with a cup of skim milk or yogurt.
Dinner: Take 5 dates

equivalent to 8 cups a day.
This system should be
followed for a week and separated by another diet.

protein and vegetables should be separated and then returned to the date diet

Dates and milk are
distributed among meals as follows:
The first day and the
second day: (7 grains of dates with a cup of skimmed milk) are taken in the
three main meals over the course of the two days.
the third day:
Breakfast: 7 tablets of
dates are taken with a glass of skimmed milk.
Lunch: Eat a small piece
of grilled or boiled meat, or eat grilled or boiled chicken breasts and a
skimmed skin, or eat a quarter of a kilo of grilled fish with a plate of
sauteed vegetables and a plate of salad, free of tomatoes.
Dinner: Eat 7 grains of dates
with a glass of skim milk.
Day 4 and Day 5: Like
the first day and the second, take 7 dates with a cup of skim milk in the three
main meals.
Day 6: Like the third
day system.
Day 7: Regular foods are
taken without restriction Burjim, meat, fruits and vegetables are taken and 8
cups of water are taken, but food must be stopped at 8 pm.
