Phases of protein dieting

The second phase:

1.     Duration: Four days.

Last stage installation phase:
Duration: 110 consecutive days and 10 separate days.

Note: You can eat a small amount of starches at this stage beside the juices but without sugar and continue to exercise and drinking water and herbal tea, and can add fruits at this stage, such as grapefruit, orange and tangerine.

Protein dieting system
The first stage
·        Breakfast: Take 2 cups of water on the leg + 4 spoons of fat-free beans or boiled eggs + eat low fat yogurt + drink herbal tea.
·        An additional meal after three hours: take 2 cups of water next to a skimmed yogurt or a cup of soy milk.
·        Lunch: Take 2 cups of water before eating (grilled fish, boiled chicken, grilled chicken, boiled meat or grilled meat 150 grams). Take a green salad with a glass of soy milk in chocolate.
·        An additional meal after 3 hours: take 2 cups of water next to the yogurt diet.

·        Additional meal: Take 2 cups of water next to a cup of vanilla milk added to the vanilla.
·        Dinner: Take 2 cups of water next to 50 grams of cheese.
·        Before sleeping, take two cups of water.
