A recent study found
that dietary protein diet improves cholesterol levels and triglycerides and
that it was better than a traditional low-fat diet to achieve weight loss
within six months. However, the study continued to show that the benefits of
Atkins diet disappeared after one year and the diet was no more than the
traditional low-fat system in weight loss. The study did not discuss some of
the important health risks associated with this diet.
What is a protein
dieting system?
It is a diet that helps
to lose weight and depends on the extension of the body with high protein
beside the low rate of calories, and is the system of Atkins of the systems
that follow the protein system, and diabetes patients need to follow their own
diet to suit the health status and maintain the level of Blood sugar, they need
to eat meals that contain a low percentage of carbohydrates and artificial
sweeteners.

Protein diet depends on
the following four stages and at each stage a certain period of time and the
quantity of specific prices, and at each stage are dependent on proteins and
away from eating sugars and starches next to the intake of water and herbal
drink.
The first stage:

day.

The second phase:
1. Duration: Two
days.

drinking water, and replace tea and coffee with green tea and herbal tea
without desalination.
The fourth stage:
1. Duration: Four
days.
2. Consumption
rate: 677 thermal speed.
Note: You must keep
drinking water and exercise, herbal drink consists of (cinnamon, ginger, lemon
and cumin).
Last stage installation
phase:
Duration: 110
consecutive days and 10 separate days.
Note: You can eat a
small amount of starches at this stage beside the juices but without sugar and
continue to exercise and drinking water and herbal tea, and can add fruits at
this stage, such as grapefruit, orange and tangerine.
Protein dieting system
The first stage
·
Breakfast: Take 2 cups of water on the leg + 4 spoons
of fat-free beans or boiled eggs + eat low fat yogurt + drink herbal tea.

An additional meal after three hours: take 2 cups of
water next to a skimmed yogurt or a cup of soy milk.
·
Lunch: Take 2 cups of water before eating (grilled
fish, boiled chicken, grilled chicken, boiled meat or grilled meat 150 grams).
Take a green salad with a glass of soy milk in chocolate.
·
An additional meal after 3 hours: take 2 cups of water
next to the yogurt diet.
·
Dinner: 2 cups water, 4 tablespoons of beans and 50
grams of cheese.
The second phase
·
Breakfast: Take 2 cups of water next to 4 tablespoons
of boiled beans or eggs next to a glass of green tea.
·
Meal: Take 2 cups of water next to soy milk or skimmed
yogurt.
·
Lunch: Take 2 cups of water (meat, boiled chicken,
grilled or grilled fish) for 150 grams next to a plate of green salad.
·
Extra meal: Take 2 cups of water next to the yogurt
diet.

Dinner: Take 2 cups of water next to boiled eggs.

Before sleeping, take two cups of water.

·
Breakfast: Take 2 cups of water next to 50 grams of
cheese and 4 tablespoons of fat-free beans.

or boiled fish) 100 grams next to the salad dish.

soy milk with chocolate.

Dinner: Eat 1 boiled egg beside 50 grams of cheese.

Before sleeping take 2 cups of water.
The fourth stage
·
Breakfast: Take 2 cups of water next to boiled eggs.
·
Additional meal: Take 2 cups of water next to the
light tray.
·
Lunch: Take 2 cups of water alongside 100 grams of
starches, whether grilled or boiled.
·
Additional meal: Take 2 cups of water next to a cup of
vanilla milk added to the vanilla.
·
Dinner: Take 2 cups of water next to 50 grams of
cheese.
·
Before sleeping, take two cups of water.
