if the instructions are followed for the whole period (1 week).
First day:
The diet program
consists of 3 main meals, as follows:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 cucumber, 1 slice of
toast.

Food Meal: 1 vegetable salad dish without tomatoes or
carrots because the carrots contain high calorie intake, and tomatoes are full
of salts that can hold liquids in the body.

Dinner: 1/2 piece grilled meat without salt, 1 cup
yogurt.

Food meal: 1 piece grilled or boiled chicken, 1 cup
yogurt plus 1 tbsp. of ground flax seed.

lettuce, cucumber, pepper, parsley.
the third day:

Breakfast: 2 boiled egg, 1 cucumber, 1 slice of toast.
·
Food Meal: 1/2 piece skimmed or cheese.

Dinner: 3 tablespoons minced or grilled meat, or a
boiled or grilled chicken breast.
the fourth day:

Breakfast: 2 boiled egg, 1 cucumber, 1 slice of toast.
·
Food meal: 1 kiwi fruit or apple.
·
Dinner: 1 tuna without oil, 1 pack of yogurt and 1 tsp
of ground linseed.
The fifth day:

Breakfast: 2 boiled egg, 1 cucumber, 1 slice of toast.
·
Food Meal: 1 boiled or grilled vegetable dish without
salt.
·
Dinner: grilled fish, tuna without oil, 1 cup yogurt,
1 salad dish.
the sixth day:

Breakfast: 2 boiled egg, 1 cucumber, 1 slice of toast.
·
Food meal: 1 piece boiled meat, 1 vegetable salad dish
plus ground flaxseed.
·
Dinner: 1 dish of shawarma without bread.
the seventh day:
·
Breakfast: 2 boiled egg, 1 cucumber, 1 slice toast.
·
Food meal: 1 piece boiled chicken, 1 green salad dish,
1 cup milk.
·
Dinner: 1 cup milk, 3 slices of Mortadella.
