Fast dieting reduces the
amount of fat and carbohydrates that enter the body by eating the most
different foods to the minimum, while burning the largest amount of calories
daily, and there are many diets that can be followed and many options that fit
the physical condition and health of each person So that weight loss is
healthy.
First diet:
1. First: Before
breakfast: Eat a cup of warm water, plus a tablespoon of natural honey, a
teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of lemon juice and two drops of
vitamin C can be added to it.
2. Second:
Breakfast: a piece of skimmed cheese or cheese + 2 boiled eggs + cucumber.
3. Third: Meal: One
tuna can be filtered from the oil or liquid around it + salad dish (consisting
of lettuce, cucumber, watercress, radish and no oil added to it).
4. Fourth: Dinner:
a yogurt canister (with a teaspoon of lemon juice).
Dieting Instructions:
1. This diet is
followed for 3 consecutive days.
2. During dieting
can take two cups of coffee and two cups of tea and a glass of milk without
sugar.
3. In a strong
sense of hunger, dates can be eaten (only one period) or the fruit of a peeled
cucumber.
Second Diet:
1. First:
Breakfast: 5 tablespoons melted water + quarter quarter snack + diet yogurt.
2. Second: After
breakfast two hours: Diet Yogurt + fruit (apple or pear).
3. Third: Snack: 3
cucumber fruits or carrots + 3 pieces broccoli.
4. Fourth: Meal:
chicken or meat (grilled) + boiled vegetable dish + cup of fresh lemon juice +
salad.
5. Fifth: Snack: a
glass of tomato juice or fresh lemon juice.
6. Sixth: Dinner:
Diet yogurt + 8 strawberries or pear fruit.
Tips for Successful
Dieting

You must eat a large amount of water daily not less
than a liter and a half.

It is necessary to follow the steps of dieting
accurately and not to disturb the meals and quantities, either increase or
decrease.
