Toast + half-medium size grapefruit + 1 cup skimmed milk.

Second: Lunch.
2 well boiled eggs + fruit salad dish + glass of pineapple juice and kiwi.

Third: Dinner.
Chicken salad shown in the 3rd day lunch + 8 teaspoons steamed pea + 1 cup skimmed milk.

The fifth day of the Diet Quick
First: Breakfast.
Fruit of any kind + 3 apricot fruits + cup of skimmed milk.

Second: Lunch.
Tuna salad without oil or after water purification + green salad dish or fresh vegetables + cup of pineapple and kiwi juice.

Third: Dinner.
Mashed potato + 2 zucchini + cup of pineapple juice and kiwi.

The sixth day of the fast diet
First: Breakfast.
Toast Dumpling Toaster + 1/2 cup of melon + 1 cup of skim milk.

Second: Lunch.
Vegetable dish + 1 apple fruit + 1 cup pineapple juice and kiwi.

Third: Dinner.
2 slices of grilled fillet steak, seasoned with tomato juice + mashed potato + 1 cup pineapple juice and kiwi.

Day 7 of the Diet Quick
First: Breakfast.
Slice of toast + 2 fruit + 1 cup of skim milk.

Second: Lunch.
Green salad dish + pineapple juice and kiwi.

Third: Dinner.
3 pieces grilled souses + mashed potatoes + kiwi juice and pineapple.

Important notes when following a quick diet:
1- Bananas are forbidden during dieting.
2 - It is forbidden to continue to follow dieting for more than 7 days, whatever the reasons.
