Diet
Diet fast or
quick diet consisting of only 7 days and can lose weight about 9 kg, so named
under the name Diet fast because it can help a person to appear thinner and
less in weight in a very short period.
Today in this
Diet divided into three main meals but relies on lowering a person's
consumption of the food is simple and most importantly to reduce consumption of
fats and rich foods in calories unnecessary while that provide the body with
the most important nutrients needed to exercise daily activities as normal.
This does not mean, of course, continue to implement the Diet after seven days
later, whatever the reasons only after consulting your doctor or dietitian,
preferably consulted before proceeding with implementation of the accursed was

First day
breakfast.

slice toast + fruit, one fruit of any kind + cup skim milk.

with mayonnaise + some fresh vegetables + a glass of pineapple and kiwi juice.
dinner.
Hamburger + a
glass of kiwi and pineapple juice.

breakfast.
Roasted slice
toast diet +5 sliced pineapple + large fruit fresh fruit + a glass of skim
milk.
lunch meal.
Consisting of
lettuce, tomatoes, cut chicken breast salad + slice or a piece of cheese
skimmed + cup of pineapple and kiwi juice.
dinner.
Pill mashed
potatoes + cup skim milk.
the fourth
day
breakfast.
Toast Diet
Toasted slices + half of a grapefruit medium-sized + a glass of skim milk.
lunch meal.
2 hard-boiled
egg + dish fruit salad + cup pineapple and kiwi juice.
dinner.
Chicken salad
at lunch described the third day +8 teaspoons of peas steamed + a glass of skim
milk.
The fifth day
breakfast.
Fruit of any
kind +3 fruits apricot + cup skim milk.
lunch meal.
Tuna salad
without oil or filtered water after + dish fresh green salad or vegetables set
+ cup pineapple and kiwi juice.
dinner.
Pill mashed
potatoes +2 grain stuffed zucchini + cup pineapple and kiwi juice.
The sixth day
breakfast.
Diet toaster
toast slices + half melon + cup skim milk.
lunch meal.
Vegetables
dish + fruit, apple and one cup + pineapple and kiwi juice.
dinner.
2 slice steak
grilled veal and spiced tomato juice bead + mashed potatoes + cup pineapple
juice and kiwi.
the seventh
day
breakfast.
Toast diet +2
fruit cup + skim milk.
lunch meal.
Green salad
dish + pineapple and kiwi juice.
dinner.
3 pieces
grilled sausage + mashed potatoes + kiwi and pineapple juice.
